•  All pre-season expenses are paid. Will submit for reimbursement from

LMLID for June 26 meeting.

• Disputing unknown checking account expense for $8.54 Amazon Music

III. Old Business

a. Submit for reimbursement on placemats ($2.2k) – from 2019. Sue was able to get in touch with Steve – he confirmed we will receive payment. Nothing received as of yet

b. GrowthZone Software and website….We’re LIVE!

c. Balance of our insurance policies was paid in May.

d. Property taxes paid for the year

e. Written strategic plan

IV. New Business

a. Discrepancy between GT online accounts and Quicken - $211 to reconcile.

b. Spring Placemats ordered. Receipt submitted to Aitkin County

c. Ordered 2 nd debit card. Primary/first debit card expires at the end of July. A replacement will be sent in July.

d. 2020 Budget and fund allocation

e. LMLID reimbursement requests – reserve/replacement funds, emerging program funding, website/software expenses, etc…
